As we walk through life we enter different situations that carry various energies. These energies can be a positive charge or could be a very negative drain. In this montly group, you will use visual techniques, empowering energy work, and class interaction to help keep your Chakra centers balanced and in proper working fashion.

Dreams 101
Have you been curious about what your dreams have to say and what they truly mean? Here is an opportunity to learn about them.
In this group you will learn basic steps on how to recognize dream symbols, how to maneuver through a dream, points to look for and how to record your dreams.
During these groups we will use basic techniques on how to interpret dream symbolism, help decipher fellow group members’ dreams and bring personal dreams for other members to help interpret. In each group you will be given new dream symbols and a lot of hands on experience.
This is an ongoing group that meets every other week. Bring your dreams for discussion and interpretation.
